Acupuncture has evolved int a scientific system of healing that restores and maintains health. Throughout an extensive diagnosis of your condition, a treatment plan will then be made. Your diagnosis will also be reassessed at each visit and your treatment will change as your body goes through the healing process.
Solace Acupuncture only uses individually packaged, one-time-use, stainless steel needles. These needles are very fine high grade surgical steel and there is no significant discomfort with insertion of the needles. The patient will feel comfortable once the needles are in place.
The number of treatments will vary with each individual and the diagnostic condition. For complex or chronic conditions, one or two treatments for several weeks may be recommended. The duration of visits will lessen as the condition improves. Relief may be immediate or may occur within a few hours or after a few days.

- Auricular Therapy - therapeutic devices are applied to the ear specifically in relation to the anatomical structures connected through t the nerve pathways.
- Moxabustion - mugwort herb burned in a cone shaped device which is used to warm specific meridian pathways.
- Herbology - works well with acupuncture and is prescribed in specific treatments when necessary.
- Nutrition and Exercise - I believe exercise, stretching and nutrition is a significantly important aspect of ones health and will provide guidance.
